TRONX - Warranty, Return & Exchange Policy
The invoice or proof of purchase must be retained to benefit from the warranty.
Warranty
- Products covered by the agent's warranty are subject to the terms and conditions of the authorized agent and the warranty period specified for each product.
Products with manufacturing defects during the first days of purchase
- If a manufacturing defect is proven that is not caused by misuse, breakage, or liquids, the product will be replaced or its value refunded by TRONX.
- In the event of a manufacturing defect within the first 7 days from the date of receipt, the product will be inspected by us.
Products covered by the agent's warranty
- Sending it to the agent according to the product type and availability of a replacement.
- After the 3-day period expires, the product does not include any warranty or replacement unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
Products not covered by the agent's warranty
- An inspection and replacement warranty for manufacturing defects is provided during the first 3 days only from the date of receipt.
Orders delivered to the customer within the UAE
- If a manufacturing defect is proven within the first 7 days, TRONX will bear the fees for receiving the product and returning it to the customer for one time only.
- After the first 7 days, the customer will bear the delivery or shipping fees for warranty procedures for products covered by the agent's warranty.
Orders received from the store
- The customer is responsible for bringing the product to the store for inspection or warranty procedures.
Cases not covered by warranty
- Damage resulting from use contrary to the manufacturer's instructions.
- Tampering with the product or attempting to repair it by an unauthorized party.
- Entry of liquids or moisture.
- Misuse.
- Breakage or falling.
Return and Exchange
- TRONX reserves the right to inspect the product before approving any replacement or return.
- Intact products cannot be returned or exchanged after purchase.
